Cryptocurrency Traders are looking for a strong global platform that can help them trade faster, better and smarter. We have a platform that can solve their needs. As the users scale, so does the amount of data we collect. This data is rich with insights and requires constant modelling and monitoring to understand our users better. Now there's a gap we want YOU to address.

You fulfill the needs, wants and desires of our patrons by finding the key levers that enable them to use our platforms better. You help them do more. As an Analyst, you ensure all of the above and more. You make a difference!


Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and manage our social media strategy that’s aligned with business & marketing goals

  • Co-create, execute & manage social media editorial calendar with agency partners

  • Oversee & manage social media content strategies across different platforms

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and cross team-functional heads to manage brief and expectations on required social media campaigns

  • Development of social media platform innovations regularly to create unique & social first experiences in line with campaign goals

  • Liaison with social media agency to oversee healthy social media management of the brand

  • Implement & work with analytics & social listening team to regularly monitor performance of brand on social media & suggest improvements

  • Ideate to find newer content formats to drive core engagement on platforms

  • Stay Up-to-date with latest social media trends & technologies, translating those learnings into solutions that can be implemented internally




Job requirements

  • Proven work experience in social media marketing or similar role

  • Open on being driven to make key decisions, multi tasking & problem solving skills

  • Hands on experience in content management & ability to lead the team to deliver best in class creative content

  • Analyze social media metrics and determine goals & benchmarks

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience

  • Agency background is a plus
