The Role,

The role will take full ownership of office administration, pan India. The purpose of the role is to create a top notch experience for all employees and vendor partners through management of physical spaces and experiences, with a sharp focus on optimal cost management.


Make a difference by,

  • Create a stellar in-office experience for all employees and visitors, oversee the planning and management of office spaces in Mumbai, Bangalore & beyond

  • Build the Admin function and teams across all CoinDCX offices with a focus on ensuring seamless employee experience across their entire lifecycle. Champion moments of employee delight by managing execution of in-office and at-home experience, celebrating special moments and designing curated experiences

  • Take complete ownership of planning and execution of company and employee in-person events such as townhalls, offsites, conferences

  • Drive cost and experience efficiencies in the process management of employee business related travel, stay and commute.

  • Partner with the asset infrastructure team and act as bridge between employees (in-office & remote) to create a robust system of Asset Delivery & Management.

  • Take ownership of all other admin processes such as visitor management, printing of id & visitor cards etc.

  • Work closely with all function heads to understand their admin requirement and plan for execution

  • Oversee a team of Admin assistants helping the respective functions with their administrative tasks

Job requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in the Administration space. 2-3 years in a senior Admin position making independent decisions

  • Very good understanding of office management processes

  • Experience with financial and facilities management principles

  • Highest level of integrity and ownership

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
