A business leader with an expertise in building and growing businesses in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) markets / industry. They need to have a natural flair for first principle thinking, should be focused on innovation and have a vision to unlock massive new opportunities.

Make a difference by

  • Own growth strategy for our consumer product including P&L responsibility. Work at the intersection of product & marketing, to deliver strategies for unlocking growth potential.
  • The role involves solutioning at scale wherein You need to enable repeatable, predictable, and sustainable growth machines by leveraging product led growth & experimentation. b

  • Craft strategies to solve for both short term and long term growth opportunities

  • You will be owning the entire user lifecycle and their journey on the app - which will mean end to end ownership of Activation, Retention as well as resurrection.

  • You will be leading a team of high functioning and driven individuals and will be responsible for ensuring their growth and success

  • Lead the function end to end i.e. provide guidance on brand, hypothesis led experimentation, segmentation & building cross functional alignment.

  • You will partner with a number of cross functional teams, both within the Growth function (like Analytics, Strategy and Research) and outside (Like Product, Marketing etc) to ensure the overall growth objectives get delivered and we are prepared for the future challenges

Job requirements

    • 9+ years of product marketing experience in a growing business

    • 5+ years of core growth marketing experience - experiment-driven growth process at a high-growth company with a proven track record of driving high retention of the existing users

    • Experience of managing diverse and high functioning teams

    • Experience of designing and implementing the overall growth strategy of at least 1 past organization

    • Strategic growth mindset, first principle thinking and analytical skills

    • Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
