As a Sr. Executive Employer Brand marketer, you’ll help define and evolve CoinDCX’s Employer Brand. Our goal is to make CoinDCX as the preferred employer for the right talent. You’ll be closely working with the HR team on Internal and External Employer Brand communication

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programs.
Brainstorming and sharing new ideas for engaging our audience through content
Becoming an expert on the talent that we want to hire and making sure our content meets their needs
Coordinate multiple internal/external contributors and stakeholders to ensure we have set the clear cdistilontent briefs, and projects are managed and fully executed
Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.
Coordinate seamlessly with the agency in meeting the channel’s (HR team) goals.
Promote and communicate the employee value proposition by highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors; leveraging candidate-facing communications, through various digital platforms.
Build talent pipelines with talent acquisition recruiters to ensure a suitable mix of channels (social media, recruiting events, partnerships) are available to attract the best talent.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI & provide feedback of these results to stakeholder.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C fast-growth startup
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field
Strong writing skills and the ability to express complex ideas into punchy, engaging copy
A good eye from brand and design consistency across all content produced.
Analytical thinking and comfort with integrating quant and qual inputs to analyze the performance of content initiatives
Understanding of the ever-changing landscape of social media
