The Platform Engineering team is an engineering organization within CoinDCX that builds and maintains several critical services for the CoinDCX platform. Our mission is to provide the best user experience to our app and web users to help them on their journey to becoming successful and active users of CoinDCX. You will be part of the team that looks over the performance, security, scalability, and reliability of the CoinDCX platform.
What you’ll be doing
Manage a team of highly talented engineers across different levels of experience.
Leading a team of engineers, mentoring them, and motivating them to solve complex problems. Sharing timely feedback with the team members.
Put on a product manager hat and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into an effective engineering roadmap.
Managing end-to-end platform development and the timely execution of multiple technical projects in parallel
Owning the technical architecture and leading the engineering decisions for the platform
Collaborating with designers, developers, growth managers, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment
Build a best-in-class engineering team through active sourcing and partnering with our recruitment team.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience with software development.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing engineering teams in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
Be both highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager
Communicate cross-functionally and drive engineering efforts
Be a Subject Matter Expert in one or more product domains
Should have demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management
