As a Growth Product Marketeer, you'll help build experiences and campaigns in order to drive growth and experimentation, especially focused on referral. You will drive the strategy of the entire referral workstream focused on building it as the highest contributing and most efficient acquisition channel. You will drive strong decision-making through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research, and customer insights. As a Growth Product Marketeer, you ensure all of the above and more. Make a difference by,


  • Drive the Growth marketing vertical with a specific focus on driving growth and new acquisitions via product led marketing

  • Work closely with core referral PM as a peer with a focus on improving the performance of referral as an acquisition channel

  • Work towards gamification of the referral program to increase its contribution to the overall new acquisitions

  • Work closely with the product team to improve the product experience for new acquisitions

  • Lead the team through the entire process of new campaign creation, starting from developing hypotheses and bringing them to life through research, analytics, testing, measurement, and iteration

  • Work with cross functional teams like analytics and product to create the fraud prevention / reduction model for new acquisition campaigns

  • Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow or optimize upon the existing referral funnels

  • Build an experimentation pipeline to optimize on the costs and maximize user acquisitions


Job requirements


  • 5+ years of core growth marketing experience - experiment-driven growth process at a high-growth company with a proven track record of driving massive growth in the funnel

  • 2+ years of running referral campaigns

  • Need for speed, someone who is comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic environments and having ownership as well considering the complexities involved in Growth

  • Creates Transformation Outcomes: You have a track record of driving initiatives from ideation through completion that move the needle

  • Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the CoinDCX mission
