Make a difference by,

• Manage and resolve crypto related issues for all deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Track funds across platforms to enable a great user experience.
• Operate and monitor withdrawal and deposit transactions and resolve issues (if any).
• Understand the concept and functioning of blockchain and crypto wallets.
• Work with vendors or staff teams to create dashboards based on analysis to flag and address withdrawal related issues.

• 2+ years of experience, preferably in the Fintech Space.
• A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of blockchain.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action.
• Self starter, passionate about blockchain.
• Available to work cross shifts and across days as per shift timings. 
• Should be available presently for weekend shifts as well.
