It’s the perfect time to join the CoinDCX Marketing team. We are shaping the future of Crypto in India through our breakthrough campaigns and amazing stories. We’re a bunch of creative thinkers who have a spot-on comms solution to any problem. You name it, we creatively solve it. We love to jam and collaborate with all other teams to help achieve their goals through our marketing efforts.

Make a difference by:

1. Build cost effective marketing strategies to acquire & retain high quality users at scale
2. Manage budgets and teams across all organic & inorganic channels and community
3. Build and scale a Go-to-Market strategy for all products and services of CoinDCX
4. Lead and grow a data-driven and high-performance marketing team
5. Implement robust scalable processes which allow scaling our user base by 10x
6. Lead GTM for tapping new user profiles (e.g. institutions) and new markets (e.g. intl.)
7. Lead Marketing OKRs - deliver results by setting goals and achieving impact at scale
8. Monitor the market trends and competition to evolve marketing strategies effectively
9. Align stakeholders across senior management and function heads
10. Manage effective communication & coordination across all functional teams

Job requirements

  • 15+ years of demonstrated success in marketing & GTM teams for leading Consumer. 
  • Fintech and/or Consumer Internet organizations in India
  • Prior experience of acquiring customers at scale via organic and inorganic channels
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, high-creativity teams
  • Sound business judgment; and strong data based decision making capabilities
  • Adept at building relationships, liaising with external clients and managing stakeholders
  • Ability to capitalize market & consumer trends via data, research and experimentation
  • Fluency in communication and clarity in articulation
  • Love for Crypto, Blockchain and Web-3
